· Caused by insanity or venereal disease

· War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, etc

· Nuclear weapon induced treatment

· Childbirth or pregnancy


· The minimum entry age is 18 years

· The maximum entry age is 70 years


A service tax of 10.3% will be levied on all the premium amounts.
